What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Going to go with a 40-40-20 Split.
Will consume the largest portions of my carbs and protein pre- and post-workout.
All meals will be spread to about 5 a day.

Just average old Whey. Its nothing fancy and gets the job done.
Just thought I would give you guys the update. I manage to cut my bodyfat percentage while still gaining muscle. Its been agood so far. Met a pretty blonde girl and am currently dating her. Really hot hope it works out. Anyways:
how do you not do any cardio get you what you are now? lol whats your diet like? how much portion size do you eat ? i eat clean as well but what im thinking is am i eating to much the normal portion size? know what im talking about ?
i could say your squat is extremely lacking...but its just stats, all comes down to your overall goal really and mine is to get bigger and look better! cheeeeeeeeeers
im wonderin if i should get finaflex 550-xd again or get version 2.0 limited edition.. its supposed to be better but i think 2.0 is cutting and 550-xd is bulkin
over 162 now fella, 165 7.1% BF according to the thing in the gym i was 9.6, you said its 2.5 off so.... and i got 225 twice today (with a guide though he claims i got it but i feel he helped a lot)
Oh! No problem. I've been called worse. Oh no... a 28-32" waist is way too low for me. I have a 48" chest and 26" thighs. I'd look like a wasp. lol The lowest I should probably go is 36-38". I had a 32" waist in the first progress pic.
