always messed around with weights but this time i took it to the next level and really got serious about it... Im now 10 months of straight lifting...
Why I Love It:
The feeling of being in the gym and being the strngest or the biggest and having people just stare at you that dont even know you... Being the Alpha male

By keeping my head on straight and a lot of dicipline the military has tought me..

DAY 1 Quads, Calfs, Hamstrings, Glutes
- 2 x 12 warmup squat to calf raise set 135 lbs
- reps of 12,12,10,10,8 calf machine
- 3 x 12,10,10 leg extensions
- 3 x 12,10,10,8 butt blaster
- 3 x 10,8,8 hamstring curls
- 4 x 8,6,4,4 heavy squats 315-405 lbs

Hey, that's sweet. I hope your chest WO was supreme! Mine today was not as strong as I expected. Since I don't have a spotter, I think I should start using the smith machine so I can push harder.
