How I Started:
My best friend is training for a competive Fitness title. We meet at the gym at 4:45am and train until 6am. She trains hard and try to keep up, I never looked better.
Why I Love It:
I desire to be the best I can be for BATMAN ( my Hubby ) and my kids.
Also it seems that when I workout my hubby is intoxicated by my sweat phermones and the sight of me in gym clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
A super-sexy picture of WonderWoman and BatMan on my screen saver.
Music during my work out. And a cheat day once a week. ( Banana Cream Pie )
BB Accomplishments:
Waking up in the moring and making it to the gym is my battle. Getting there is the hard part.

Goal (Long):
I want to start with 45 minutes of cardio each day and increase over time. Improving my diet to reduce my caloric intake and start building muscle and reducing fat pockets in the usual areas.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

Why I like this video: Monica set the bar for me as far as being my mentor. I am a bit taller but all the same perfection is perfection.
Monica and Scott are such the adorable couple. I love the combined dedication and commitment that they have to geting more people fit.

Hopin' Ur weekend was simply splendid! Mine was. I competed in H-town on Sat. and placed 3rd. It was bizarre but pleasing being on stage this soon. My BIG show is in 5 wks, but this weekend we'll be cheering for Our Girl! She's gonna' rock Vegas! *smile*

Check me out - Fourth contest downrange, chalk one up for experience - lowest placing so far but at my heaviest weight so I'm just happy to hold ANY lean mass over 200lbs., it's getting harder to stay lean at this young age and cruiser weight...makes me more motivated to stay consistent!

No I'm from St.thomas, and that was at our carnival in April..We were cocktail waitress that was the first time I did it. Couldn't get passed the hot sun, but now i'm addicted. Can't wait till april again, my body will be smokin..
