When I Started:
How I Started:
I have always wanted to look good naked. Hell who doesn't? Plus, Fight Club was a big influence. I want abs.
Why I Love It:
Getting in the gym and throwing on my headphones, I just get to be myself for an hour or two and let the rest of the world stay outside those doors. And what better way to relieve stress than throwing a couple hundred pounds around.
How I Stay Motivated:
A group of us have competitions, keep charts, and track who is the best. I gotta stay on top.
"Beat the Gunner"
BB Accomplishments:
Got my run time for the 3 mile under 20' 30". (19' 40" as of 09 Jan 08)
Made 175 Lbs.
Not sure but the BF% Caliper Puts me at under 10% so I'm happy.

I have always wanted a 6-pak. Always been the short stocky kid. I have had the muscle to lift the heavy weights, but when the shirts came off, I wasn't the one the girls were lookin at. I want to keep the muscle, but lose the fat around it. I have started training with a lot more cardio than I have ever done (did I mention I hate running?), and i just push it more and more each day.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Brad Pitt. Come on now, look at him... no really google that shit.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Rotator Cuff was injured. About 3 weeks - A month I was out of Lifting. Just relaxed it, did small weight strengthening exercises and didnt over exert it.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper technique or having to strain due to not using a spotter.
in other news i did something at the gym today ive been wanting to do for a while now. I threw a 45, 35, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, o each side of the bar (roughly 290) and benched it. I just thought it would lok cool having the "pyramid" on...
LOL about paying for the gym! That sucks I guess! Keep at it bro! By the way, when you get a chance make sure to update the progress pictures! I want to see how civilian life is treating you!

Welcome and that training and jogging has worked very well. As to not into it at 100% maybe you and bod just need a couple of days off to relax from the hectic competition with the gang and then totally refreshed to go at it again. Stay safe out there. Andre
