How I Started:
I want to get into shape and be healthy so I can be around to watch my little one(s) grow up (My wife and I are thinking about trying to get her pregnant around Febuary of 09). I want to beable to take my wife places do still beactive as we grow older together, and most importantly I want to stay as attractive in her eyes today and tomorrow as I was in high school when we met.
Why I Love It:
I find I have more energy, less body pains, and all around have a good time doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out with other people, and well for lack of a better term I have ben bitten by the iron bug.
BB Accomplishments:
Not relly into comps. at this point but I am no where near being able to even consider a comp. maybe when I get into shape we will have to wait and see.

Goal (Long):
Long term I am looking to 62 lbs. (From 222lbs, down to 160 lbs.) That sounds like a lot at 5’10, and probably is, but I like to set my goals high that way I will end up more realistically around 170-175 lbs.
I want to get a great 6-pac so I am running a lot and really cutting back on the fat and carbohydrates I will be eating every day, all and all I want to be a strong cut muscular body type (UFC/ Maui Ti fighter) and not so much big and bulky body type (Words Strongest men competitors)

I got to the gym late this morning so it basically was a warm up and cool down cardio set
