How I Started:
Summer 2007 I finally realized that I needed to get off my butt and change the way I lived my life. With the encouragement of a couple of people very special and important to me I was able to start changing my body for the better and I haven't looked back since
Why I Love It:
Stess Relief, Visual Improvements, The Pump
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing that I'm making improvements and progress towards my goal. Feeling like there's something to prove never hurts either.
Never miss a scheduled workout and keep my diet as clean as possible en route to building as much muscle mass as possible.
Goal (Long):
The optimal achievement for me would be to have a six pack by summer. I'm beginning to see a little definition in certain parts of my body which is helping to increase my confidence. I would like to increase lean body mass, while maintaining or losing the amount of fat on my body.
Was out of town between Christmas and New Year's, but packed a cooler with cleean food for the trip and took a break from the gym -- a week off is a good idea. Give the joints a break and such. Continue to be relentless Josh!
That is what I am in the middle of. Got the mass majority of the fat off and now muscles are sprouting. Keep at it! Relentless ... be relentless, when it hurts and joints are screaming at you, when you don't feel like it, when you are sick of canned tuna and chicken, be relentless, be consistent. That is when things happen. Cool!
Bro...exactly where I am at. I was doing some STRONG lifting and not losing the LBS. So I lost first and now ....like you...trying to pack it back on in the healthy form. Good luck with it man. If you need anything just ask!!
