How I Started:
I started lifting as an alternative to doing cardio all the time.
Tired of making excuses to myself even though I had one. I had a intestinal birth defect that nearly killed me and kept me weak.
Why I Love It:
Its an excellent solo sport that improves physique and boosts everything about me.
How I Stay Motivated:
My progression motivates me each day.
Thinking about how pathetic I used to be and how great I feel now. Thats all I need.
