My main goal is to gain 5 kgs in 3 months and improove strength.
Goal (Long):
The reason I want to gain 5 kgs is mainly to increase strenght and be able to bench 150kg after 3 months. Currently I am struggling on 145kg.
Also would like to work on proportionallity and size up arms and legs in the 90 day period
