Cool. Sorry I take so long to respond Zumi, but I usually leave my desk for lunch to get away. I may compete in July 2010 again at the same show if I can get these cysts under control. Don't flatter the physique too much, but it's my cross to bare in this lifetime.

Zumi, I may competed in March or April of 2010 depending on how my body is responding to new diet. Still Doing my cardio and clean eating.

Ok Zumi. I wish I knew of a sponsor for a middle aged bald, black man that takes care of himself. Really a shame that most of our industry caters to the young mostly. 40 somethings are really taking care of themselves much better these days and I need inspiration too. Look at you....you are very HOT!!! and I think most would agree that. You work extremely hard, I can testify to that.

I am ready to compete on July 18th. I am down to 218 lbs and pretty cut but not as ripped as I planned to be. Still have a little time to tighten up the midsection more. How are you sexy lady?
