try to eat every 2 hours,cut the rice,potatoes and pasta to a minimum,use as much veggies as you can,drink 1 glass of water every hour,if you can afford to buy supplements,buy a whey protein and try to take at least 3 a day.Do aerobics every day and weight training at least 3 times a week.Good luck to you and keep it up!They are not ready for us!

It's always slow at first. Give yourself 4 weeks before you really get down. Easier said than done but by then you should start noticing changes daily and it gets fun to wake up everyday to see what's new! Until then, take the batteries outta the scale and kick ass in the gym and the kitchen.

It's actually going pretty good. I've lost an 1.5" off my waist and hips. My arms a little bigger which is surprising. I'm not getting enough sleep and my stomach isn't too happy with the immense amount of protein and supps I'm putting in it; however, I can get past that stuff. Are you rewarding your accomplishment with some more ink? I think I am!
