Hey Betty. Nice to hear from you! I'm okay. Still doing what I can from home. Not looking too bad just haven't be able to take any update pics. No internet connection right now except for what I have at work. You're looking amazing. The summer's definitely been good to you. Way to go! :)

Yes. Its stressful. Really keeps me on my toes but at least its a good motivator to keep up on my workouts. Doing mostly cutting right now. Trying to boost my definition in my arms and abs some. The kids are stir crazy. Can't wait for September. LOL

How's your summer been? It's been a bear for me but its almost over. Still working out. Just trying to do it from home mostly around the kids and other things. Got an old weight set off someone. Not the variety I'd like, but I'm maintaining well and making small improvements. Miss talkin to ya.

I'm doing what I can at home. Seems to be helping some. My arms have added some size and my chest is looking a little more shaped. Struggling some though with the ol' core and back. Don't have an effective lat exercise to do at home. How are things for you sweetie?

Hey sweetie. Things are pretty good. Still working out mostly from home but I'm finally settling into the new job. With the nice weather, I haven't been on the computer much. Trying to spend as much time as I can with the kids outside. How have things been with you?

Thank you mate. My boy's doing really good and I'm working it pretty good as far as the plan goes, even if I've had to be creative (juice cans, etc) from home. How are you doing. The new pics look awesome. Cheers!!

I've been working out as best as I can from home. I'm finally transitioned out of my other job though so with a new more regular schedule, I should be able to get back into my old routine. The job itself is going good. I'm really enjoying it now that I can focus on just it. How are the kids?

Nice. Hope it goes well Betty. I know my kids are really excited about Easter and seeing their grandparents. I'm not big on family gatherings. But seeing my kids get all excited you can't help but get that way too :)
