Overall Goal: My goal is to be pound for pound as strong as possible, while gradually adding good weight, while keeping athleticism and preventing injury.

I played 2 years of college baseball, unfortunatly this season I had to hang up the spikes due to an elbow injury that would have required a somewhat risky surgery. In order to keep myself in good condition I got serious with it.
Why I Love It:
It gives me something to do after class that keeps me out of trouble. It is physically and mentally good for you, and it's nice to see hard work pay off in plain sight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy doing it, and it's easy to continue doing something if you enjoy it. One side of my family is naturally heavy set with old age, with heart disease and diabetes...i'd rather miss out on all that fun stuff.

As of right now I am doing what I call Eccentric Strength Training.
My goal is strength, with whatever size gains come with the strength sets. Size is not on my priority list. At the same time I am wanting to maintain my athletic, cut frame.
