Normally I start my day by having a protein shake and a carb, toast with low fat cream cheese.
Have a snack of a fruit or veggie like grapes, apples, carrots or celery.
Lunch consists of a protein (ie chicken, or turkey), carb and a veggie.
A afterroon snack of cottage cheese or string cheese
Dinner is a Protein and a veggie cooked.
After work i hit the gym then another protein shake within 30 (thirty) mins of getting done

What I Use.
A couple hours before I start my workout, I normally have 2 (two) scoops of MusclePharm's combat.
My Pre-workout usually changes between MusclePharm's assult and Cellucor's C4.
Once my workout is done I use MusclePharm's Combat.
I'm also taking MusclePharm's Shred Matrix to help reduce the fat.
I also take Armour-V multi-vitamin.
