How I Started:
I weighed 209 and was at the biggest point of my life. I looked at an old photo of when I was a figure skater, and realized how much weight I'd gained. I flipped out, cried, and then decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I'm happier than I've ever been. I look forward to going to the gym because the harder I try, the more results I see.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing my own progress and knowing how much better I can do. By setting short term goals for myself, because when I reach them It feels great! Also, the thought of being in Figure competitions one day.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 30 lbs was my first of many accomplishments to come.

I'm on the far right. I weighed 209 and wast fat, sad, and uncomfortable!  Haven't lost any weight in a little while, but thankfully haven't gained any either.

I have always been very tall. I was a figure skater for 5 years and when I hurt my knees, I could no longer competitively figure skate, and gained some weight. I don't want to be a skinny girl, I want to be ripped. Not to an extreme, but maybe good enough to become a fitness model sometime within the next 3 years.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

I'm sitting at my desk putting my meal plan together for tomorrow as always, and I have already figured out what my new year's resolution will be. 8% body fat. I think with the dedication I have I can achieve this goal by the end of 2009. Maybe...And then I can start competing,...
