How I Started:
I was tired of being picked on by bullies who were bigger than me, and even more tired of sucking my ample gut in everywhere I went, so I started doing push-ups, sit-ups, and curling my dad's old 10 lb dumbbell at home. I was thrilled after the tiniest glimpse of results, and I joined my first gym in January of my senior year in high school.
Why I Love It:
Feeling like I have control over something important in my life; my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
The satisfaction that comes with having the slightest bit of will power.

None...yet.

What Skape Is Up To:
Sep 9, 2009
Skapeis inspired by Harvie. Reason: "This guy is 74 scoops of awesome in a 2.07 lb jug. If I could have half of the dedication he does, I'd be on my way to becoming a profession... "
Taken before I started dieting down with the help of Lipo 6x. A few months before I kept telling myself that I could eat pretty liberally because I was trying to gain muscle, and I ended up gaining at the most a few pounds of beef and a whole new layer of Jell-O. It was time to lose it.
This is still a bad shot for me. My arms are a weak point, and my waist is pretty wide: a bad combination.
This guy is 74 scoops of awesome in a 2.07 lb jug. If I could have half of the dedication he does, I'd be on my way to becoming a professional bodybuilder.
This guy's not just another meathead; he's got the knowledge and experience to know not just what works in the gym, but why. He's also a testament to how much muscle you can pack on naturally. Every time I think about taking a day off that I really don't need or caving in and wolfing down a pizza, I think about one of his quotes: "If somebody beats me, it's not because they outworked me." That gets me going again.
nice one on winning the transformation of the week. you got any tips for me? perhaps my trans is just not good enough. your lats are looking ripped to ****
Skape - Great progress so quickly. This week, I've been thinking about water retention. You mentioned "being smart about water". What did you mean/what did you learn/what did you do about it? I'd love the advice re: water based on your experience.
