Overall Goal: I want to lose those extra 5-6 kilos and finally have a body that I love! If I will feel better in my body, I KNOW I'll feel better overall! I can't believe how many of you guys have written 5 minutes after I have registered, I'M SO THANKFUL!

How I Started:
It was a new year's promise of mine to finally do something about my body. I envied those girls who eat all they want and still have a naturally thin body! But then I thought I need to stop crying and do something about it! Although I stopped for a few months, I need to get back now again!
Why I Love It:
If I do a workout and go out to the street afterwards, I see a lot of people who never do anything for their health and body and then I feel so good that I didn't skip my workout! I just feel better overall!
How I Stay Motivated:
Actually that is my biggest problem, I lose my motivation sooooo fast! I came to this site bcs I saw you guys and your amazing progresses and it just blew me away and I hope you will keep me going on!
BB Accomplishments:
It is not a big thing but after just 2 months of exercising 5 times a week (and not taking it too seriously), I started to feel changes in my body, especially in the belly area and I was sooo happy! I mean if I can do this without being too serious, then what will happen if I start to really concentrate on it and maybe eat healthily also? Maybe I can even reach my dream body!

The latest pic of me on the right compared to the progress pics of last year and a year before. I am 61 kilos then but lost two more in the following week. I feel skinny and I need to build muscles.

Goal (Long):
I never had a body that I was proud of. As a child I didn't do any sports, I rather played instruments and learnt foreign languages. This shows on me, I ain't that fat, but I have extra weight and I don't like my body. This year I started exercising (I have tons of videos, really good ones, not the stupid useless stuff) and I did it for two months and started to see some changes but then I got into hospital and was afraid to continue exercising because even the docs didn't know what was my problem. Now I am back and want to get my dream body...but I really should somehow learn to control what I am eating, because that is a key also, exercise is not enough! I hope you guys will motivate me, because I really need it! And who knows, maybe I will keep on working and have some definition also! I have to thank Jamie Eason at this point, because I found the Bodybuilding.com site through her Myspace site!:)
He has tried so hard although he had injuries and things that would have kept me from working out and he has stayed in touch with me although I am such a lousy cyber friend:)
I have exercise videos, I just follow those. And lately I have started to make my own plan, gathering the exercises from the Bodybuilding.com database that I found most helpful.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest until I check what the next exercise is and adjust the weight to it. It is about 30-50 seconds. I don't want to rest more, so that my heartrate doesn't slow down.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do 10-15 reps. If I cannot lift more than 8 reps, I know the weight is too heavy.
Why I like this video: Turbo Jam got me going really! It was the first programme that I really could enjoy, bcs of the moves, the music and Chalene herself! It has a lot of videos so you can chose between longer and shorter vids, vids for the stomach, or just a calorie blast...it is fun and really enjoyable, but also you are able to see results.

You are not a "lousy cyber friend," you are my Friend and I appreciate it! Sinus infection/upper respiratory infection = bad news. Had fever and some congestion, but worst thing for me was horrible headache. This was the reason I had trouble moving and finally couldn't eat or drink, too "seasick" from head problem. Am much better now and very glad you are in touch!

Just starting to recover from sinus infection. Was very sick for 11 days, even in Emergency Room on an IV for dehydration. Glad you are okay, actually think you look great in your new avi!
