I was disappointed to have trained so hard and only received 3rd Place. But, this is the biggest competition I've been to and I made a vow to do better next time. I was particularly challenged with my diet and I also had several injuries - hamstring, shoulder, etc. which prevented me from training 100%. I'm going to try it again next year. |

I loved the preparation for the contest. I trained 6 days a week, twice a day on four days and did spinning, jogging, yoga, weights and boot camp exercises. The hardest part of my training was keeping my diet clean and doing cardio. I was so pleased to have won First Place, even though the show was poorly run and I probably won't compete with this organization again. I'm proud of myself. |

Well, I wanted 1st Place and received 2nd. Still not bad at my age and considering it was my first competition. The hardest part of everything was my diet. The next time, I have to stay more focused and not cheat as much. The show was well organized, but it was very expensive. I hadn't expected to pay so much - the tickets, tests, entry fee, etc. |

I won 2nd Place in the 'Bikini Diva' division. I can't understand how it could be a 'natural' contest and yet the girls with the big plastic boobs won. Hmmm! One of the Judges did tell me I was 'too sexy' - I took that as a compliment (smile). |
