Hey dude, how've you been? have you been keeping on it? I told you guys the diet would suck too much, try to diet slightly less then you proposed (starving yourself) and add exercise instead. Try doing 100 sit down, stand up's in a row. Get your heart rate going.
Hey LIsten I used to be 353 nowiam 181 i went from 62& body fat to 10 % in 1 year if i can do it so can you, i took redline pills and went walking to the gym which was about 2 miles away every singel day, and yout got to eat right low crabs high protein
No problem, glad I could offer some enthusiam. Keep us posted on how your feeling and how things are going! Post body blogs when you want general advice and that way people see in on the main page or check out some forums
For example, I'm not too big, but I eat a lot, and the more I workout, the more I eat. During very hard workout days I eat 3 or 4k calories plus. I do try and watch what I eat, the pre-packaged stuff isn't usually very good for you. Don't try and lose too fast, plan on a couple months per a small amount of weight. And more importantly, if you can enjoy your new lifestyle, then you'll feel better and that'll be just as cool as the weight loss.
And, keep track of your 'servings per container' But also. You and your dad are both larger fellows, and, therefore require more calories just to live. I think when people tell you not to starve yourself, you shouldn't be eating less than 2400 or 1800 a day. Since your body is used to 3000, 4000+ a day, a drastic cut will play hell on your mind and body.
hey, keep up the good work as in your blog. Anything extra that you do, burns calories. Don't starve yourself, and don't be miserable trying to accomplish your goals. They won't last if you do. As far as your question reading nutrition labels. I don't think we need to know everything. You probably could keep track of just calories, carbs, proteins, and fat. But I'm no nutrition expert. (I think we could get the gist from those parts of the label)
