How I Started:
There was an older guy I used to look up to when I was 15 or 16. He was a friend of mine and used to buy me beer... Ha. He began to bring me to the gym and show me how to lift properly and I just fell into it. Soon after I had my own membership, then gloves, then an mp3 player and I was going on my own...
Why I Love It:
There aren't many feelings as good as finishing a huge workout.. I'm pumped for the rest of the day, on top of my game and ready for anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
Days when I'm feeling down or tired I just remember how good I'll feel if I just get in a few sets... Once I'm in the gym I'll usually get as much as I can.. Then I always feel better.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 310. That was about 2 years ago. I can do better!
