I didn't go last week but I did go last night and Mon around 5:30. I won't be going tonight since it's my off day from the gym. Maybe next week I can see you at the gym on Tues night since it's your off night :-)

No worries on the diet. I'm putting on my game face for this one. I'm going to be a little embarassed by the pics and the measurements but I'm going to bring my A game. When I'm done I want to look like Irish. :-)I even maped out a plan 1st week cleans diet. Then eat clean lots of protine and complex carbs. Lift for size the first 10 weeks then tone and def to finish it off. In the Gym 5 days per week. Yeah I can do this. :-)

I don't know what program you are using but I want you to know and believe that you can achieve your fitness goals, and probably sooner than you think. I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in that same time period by following the 12 week Body for Life program . If you would like more info or if there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Believe and Achieve!

I am from northwestern IL, moved to Chicago at 23 after NIU, lived there 5 years before moving to Hawaii a little over a year ago to be a bum. I work for myself these days, and generally do oh, about nothing compared to A&F days. Thought you'd like that having worked 7 of 8 hehe. ;) (P.S.-I stretched 42 days straight over Xmas at NB Kids....worked 26 hrs straight once for Jeffries at WF...good times, NOT!)

yeah, bro! just eating alot... alot of pasta, occassional sweets (cake, pie, etc.) alot of wheat bread, oats. minimal cardio (may walk on the tread for 12 min. after my workout) and i'm lifting as HEAVY as i can... that's it.
