How I Started:
I have been working out and wieght training since I was 13. I had a great PE teacher in high school that taught me that exercise is the key to a long healthy life!!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I love to get results, I love muscle and I love to feel healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids help me stay motivated I love to run and play with them. I see a lot of moms who can't do that because of wieght limitations and health problems I don't ever want to be like that

Goal (Long):
Some times i have to remember that comparing my self to my pre-baby body isn't fair to myself..I was 15 yrs old! Today I have the body of a mature woman...and that's ok....now it's time to fine tune it! If I don't get that body back it's ok....cause the body I will creat will be better! I am stronger mentally and phisically then I have ever been in mylife! So now it's time to get lean and tight...and I will do it!

so I'm totally not fat.....but fatter then I'd like to be.....I was doing great for a while now not so hot! I was down to 150 got back up to 165.....I can get to 150 no problem.....how do I get below that without feeling like i'm starving....or killing myself? It's gotten to the point I...
