Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
We fire each other up and we feed on each other's energy. If one of us starts getting really psyched during a set, it helps the other get into it for the next set. I love having him there as a spott...more

I had a very good holiday. A little boring though. Talk about injuries, I threw my right leg out doing squats one time. Thought I had to go to the hospital. I didn't but that's why I'll never do squats again.
