I bought a Muscle & Fitness at the age of 13 and my love for weightlifting blossomed.
Why I Love It:
There are as many reasons for [working out] as there are days in the year, years in my life. But mostly I [work out] because I am an animal and a child, an artist and a saint. So, too, are you. Find your own play, your own self-renewing compulsion, and you will become the person you are meant to be.

BB Accomplishments:
At the age of 17 I was benching 300+, squatting 400+, and deadlifting 500+. I got lazy and complacent in college. I'm getting back to those numbers pound by pound.

It's been a few weeks since I've posted anything here. I have been getting back into the swing of things after the flu. I've been including cardio in my routine in the last several weeks (about 6 - 12 miles running). I'm nowhere near my cardiovascular peak of last summer, but I'm...
Looking good, Titan. I like the fact that you got the photo of Arnold hanging across from your bed. Good luck hulking out this year; hope you make your contest deadline.
I had a very good holiday. A little boring though. Talk about injuries, I threw my right leg out doing squats one time. Thought I had to go to the hospital. I didn't but that's why I'll never do squats again.
