Grew up overweight. Finally hit 204lbs when I was 15. Got sick of the shit from other people and turned the negitive energy into positive.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives you the feeling of acomplishment and something to look forward to each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have goals writen down, ones that can easily be achieved if I stick to hittin the gym everyday atleast 5-6 days every week.
BB Accomplishments:
I've decided that all my hard work and time should go towards something. If I can get over the stage fright, I plan to compete January 2009!!

I have always wanted to dress up for the Global Dance Festival and finally this year I was able to!
I want to compete! Need to cut 10%bf by December, all advice is welcome!!
Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to 12% BF. I will compete next year no matter what!! But most important, I want to feel sexy in my own skin for the rest of my life!
I finally had my bf taken today its been quite some time since I last had it done, due to the simple fact I was crushed when I herd how fat I actually still was!! December 07 I was a "healthy" 33% YUCK you're excused to go vomit now! 10 months later heres September and Im at 21%...
