Grew up overweight, finally hit 204lbs when I was 15. Its been an uphill battle all my life; I lose the weight but it eventually creeps back and I find myself starting over. Its been almost 2 years now that I lost 50lbs and have kept it off and made it a lifestyle to stay healthy!!
Why I Love It:
It is completely and utterly my outlet!! I love euphoric feeling after a badass workout. Also the constant want to be better and stronger with every rep reeped and muscle fiber torn!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have teamed up with Stevep78 @ www.fitnesspoynters.com
He is a saint!! Check him out!!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 50lbs in 3.5 months and dropping my bf% from 35% down to 21% in ten months all on my own!!

Our subconscious minds have no sense of humor, play no jokes and cannot tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought or image. What we continually think about eventually will manifest in our lives! Train Smarter, Not Harder!!
I finally had my bf taken today its been quite some time since I last had it done, due to the simple fact I was crushed when I herd how fat I actually still was!! December 07 I was a "healthy" 33% YUCK you're excused to go vomit now! 10 months later heres September and Im at 21%...
Totally hear ya about the cold and the only time I like it is when I go running or mountain bike riding. Our summers are blistering and we have 105+f weeks on end and after a while I go troppo haha! What's on the menu for Thanksgiving? Also, can I ask what the occasion was in your avi pic (cool pic!) Cheers Piero
Hi Sarah! No, I didn't quite reach my October goal. I lost 22lbs and got stuck there. A lot of real life situations came about all at once, but I'm not going to make excuses; I just didn't make it. However, I took a week and a half off, and now I'm back at it into my winter rountine. How's training for you?
Hey thanks for the add and kind words :) The warm weather has arrived and looking forward to spending moooar time down the beach. You have made some great inroads with your progress. Must be getting cold in the states. So jealous that you all are celebrating thanks giving, great excuse to indulge!
I've been planning this for years. I've studied at The French Culinary Institute. I had a professional all stainless steel kitchen installed in my apartment. I'm expert at all the editing software required to edit video and do special effects (Final Cut Pro/After Effects). My background is advertising Art Director so I how how to light and design scenes for film/video and I'm an extreme fitness buff. All the elements were/are there. Plus I'm somewhat telegenic which doesn't hurt. :)
it all depends on what kind of pre workout supp i take and if it has caffeine in it or not. also, depends on the type of cardio i do. If i do intervals at night i go home n im exhausted so i fall rite asleep it seems!
