Grew up overweight, finally hit 204lbs when I was 15. Its been an uphill battle all my life; I lose the weight but it eventually creeps back and I find myself starting over. Its been almost 2 years now that I lost 50lbs and have kept it off and made it a lifestyle to stay healthy!!
Why I Love It:
It is completely and utterly my outlet!! I love euphoric feeling after a badass workout. Also the constant want to be better and stronger with every rep reeped and muscle fiber torn!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have teamed up with Stevep78 @ www.fitnesspoynters.com
He is a saint!! Check him out!!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 50lbs in 3.5 months and dropping my bf% from 35% down to 21% in ten months all on my own!!
Forum Signature:

you should get your back checked out.
you could have a herniated disc or a bulging disc. Or it could be a pulled muscle. I know when the S2 or S1 nerve is involved it could be more serious.
