Hey bruh, training is going good. I just started back training regularly. Right now I am trying to bulk up a little more and concentrate on legs more. Training legs seems to be my most difficult and hardest routine. So how are things going with you and your training? Are you sticking with it?

At the moment I am trying to bulk up a little by concentrating on hamstings, legs, etc. My arms are usually fast gains so I am not putting much effort on them right now. Good luck with your training and keep in touch.
