I begin working out witha a co-worker. After working out for a few months and seeing how my body begin to change and the positive comments I received from others I decided to keep it up. I also enjoyed how much my mood and self confidence improved. So I decided to join a gym continue my workouts.
Why I Love It:
I love the way my body begins to transform and it makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By checking out the serious BB members acomplishments here on Bodybuilding.com and reading fitness magazines.
Gain more mucsle and size. My target weight is 185lbs.
Goal (Long):
I have been skinny all of my life. I have always wanted to gain wait, I am now lean and weigh 175lbs with about 16% body fat around the mid section (lol). My goal is to gain more size, muscle and work on those hate handles. Another goal is to get my weight up between 190-195lbs and then slim down to 185lbs. I am also determine to work on the six pak and legs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

I did pretty good Bro! Didn't over eat. Ran Thanksgiving morning and played golf all weekend. Just finished my workout. That's about it. Hope all has been going good for you. T
Doing good Bro! Just finished working out. Was off last week because my basement flooded but I'm back on the grind. Now I have to up my game to catch up with you Dawg! Your progress is great! You've been holding out with the pics and now I see why! Wanted to stun us all. I aint mad at ya! T
