What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
My favorite cardiovascular exercise I would have to say would be group spin cycle. I generally do this about once a week for 45 minutes. This is my longest cardio session of the week.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I usually change my cardio so that my body doesn't get used to any one excercise. Eliptical, Treadmill, StairMaster or a combo like Kettal Ball routines etc....

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
OMG! What a week.... Thanksgiving!!! Will power? Ummmm, very little - lol! But I guess the good thing is I still got some cardio/weight training in. I had to work on Thanksgiving, however, my job fed me..hahaha - Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry, Gravy, pies and more. I...
They called my name out right. I was in Open Figure Class A. I posted a youtube that my sister made of me at the night show. The LA show is not until July 24 -- a little over 36 weeks away, but I want to pack on another 10+ pounds of muscle in 20-24 weeks before I start shredding. I want to have 10 more lean lbs and -5 lbs fat.

yeah, I'm killing myself alright ... I've managed to find that point just before DEATH where I am still alive, but completely non-functional. lol. Will you still be able to make it?
Well, the foods I eat on my pre comp diet are the same (only more limited) as how I normally eat so ... it is not so much the diet, but it is the combination of the diet with so much training. Particularly the cardio! I'm at 90 min daily, and in a week I will start doing 2 hours.
