Lifted on and off since high school. Getting back to the business of growing after taking 6 months to heal my messed-up shoulders.

After 6 months off for shoulder injuries and finding out my blood sugar is all screwed up, I'm getting back to lifting. I'd like to get back to where I was (217) when I tore up my shoulder. I'd like to gain a little cleaner this time though, so maybe a little longer to do it won't be a bad thing...
Despite all of his health issues, he continues to fight the good fight and look amazing. It helps me find the motivation to find ways to train around my health issues and learn to cope and thrive with them.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Separated shoulder. I took 4 months off lifting totally, then I did 3 days of cardio and 3 days of circuit training/week for the past 2 months. I wanted to maintain muscle and lose some of the bodyfat that accumulated during my last bulk, and it worked.Separated shoulder.
