After 6 months of not BBing because of shoulder injuries... Cut way down on body fat and now its time to bulk up again.

After 6 months off for shoulder injuries and finding out my blood sugar is all screwed up, I'm getting back to lifting. I'd like to get back to where I was (217) when I tore up my shoulder. I'd like to gain a little cleaner this time though, so maybe a little longer to do it won't be a bad thing...

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Separated shoulder. I took 4 months off lifting totally, then I did 3 days of cardio and 3 days of circuit training/week for the past 2 months. I wanted to maintain muscle and lose some of the bodyfat...more
