Taken several months before I started lifting. Always been lean, but wanted to get bigger. Weighed about 145.

Started a new routine this month and decided to get a personal trainer and a new gym. I must admit, I like how it's looking so far. :)

Not too much noticable progress yet. =/ Weighing at 154. Abs are showing a bit more and pecs are starting to take shape. Definitely need to work on my arms and shoulders tho.

Slowly getting more defined. Arms look a tad bigger and abs are staring to come out more. I must say, despite some slacking off, I'm happy with this past month's work. Time to work harder!

Besides my frizzy hair, my messy bathroom and me needing to shave, I think it came out alright. Not to happy with my progress tho. I'm gonna have to crank it up with coming month. :)

I'm really happy with how my arms are coming along. Need to step up my chest and I should invest in a better camera. lol Wieghing at ~165.
