When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
Was the typical skinny guy in high school. In my senior year, I hit a growth spurt and naturally gained some muscle without doing anything. I never had the motivation to work for more, but in college, everyone would tell me I should since I already had a base to build up from. However, it wasn't until this year that I decided to kick ass and work for more. lol I would like to eventually get into modeling. :)
Why I Love It:
Same as everyone else: Love the pump and the transformation. But mostly, I love the feeling of accomplishing something for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other people's stories and seeing their hard work and transformations.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet.

Daniel is one of the best guys on here. He always has a good word and always gives motivation. He an amazing body and his hard work shows. Hopefully he'll compete and become pro. :)
That's awesome dude- yeh I could tell from your progress pics- keep it up man- I'm in my cut up phase right now and it's going great!! I'm dropping fat like crazy and gaining weight at the same time- it's sweet!
Looking great my friend....Everybodys metabolism is different. The goal is to get that metabolism in check. Then you turn a fat burning, muscle building machine. Consistency my friend!
Yes...the core! My fav, cause its challenging to maintain. Dieting and contraction are the keys. My fave exercise for the obliques are side bends with 30 to 50 lb dumbells. Hold a dumbeel at your side and bend slowly to the side....obliques get worked...as for the V-belt...Hanging leg raises are the best! Good luck! -Dennis
