How I Started:
Growing up i was always the chubby kid who got picked on. until about 4yrs ago i had a friend who was a professional bodybuilder former MR. Austria. He died in a motorcycle accident, a head on clossion with a truck, He was hit by a driver. It made me relize how short life is, and u never know when your time is So I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and better myself. Because tomorrow is not guaranteed. A lot of illness and sickness run in my family, ive seen many of my relatives become sick and even die. I dont want that to be me.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the satisfaction i get when i reach a new max or when I look in the mirror and realize how far Ive come.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing that God can call u home at any moment and tomorrow is not promised.

So after my contest i bulked a little, i gained 24 lbs. But who wants to bulk in the summer? When its time to hit the beaches and pools. So Ive decided to shred off this fat by July to at least salvage some of my summer.

Chris, you've make one heck of a transformation! Awesome physique, near perfect in my book. Thick chest and cut pecs, lean midsection with incredible washboard abs, and solid and ripped arms (tris look great). Sounds also like you've got your goals set and also got your eyes focused on God!
