What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like walking on maximum incline on the treadmill when at the gym.... if it's not that...dancing at the clubs for about 4 hours is quite awesome cardio!

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I do the treadmill at 15.0 incline at 3.5-4.0 speed for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening on weekdays. I do the same thing 30 minutes on a saturday and 30 minutes on a sunday.

I do cardio 6 days a week and strength training every other day since i started a month ago....going to the clubs and dancing till dawn is a great way to work the body as well...and its fun- no doubt lol.
