How I Started:
After months and months of putting it off due primarily to lack of knowledge on bodybuilding I saw a friend of mine, tall guy, who was once freakishly skinny but is now an absolute tank. Since then I have been determined to learn as much as I can about first achieving hypertrophy and tranform my small, thin body into an impressive and fairly lean powerhouse, and from there on increase my strength as far as I can
Why I Love It:
Major hobby - I'm like the Governer - love the pump, the gains and results. Raises my self-esteem like nothing else
How I Stay Motivated:
Learning more and more about it and just watching my body and strength change for the better. My better moods during the day

Got from 57kg-66kg of muscle in 6months

What is the best type of protein for you?
Casein
Why is this type of protein best?
Takes 10min to get into bloodstream though needs flavoured creatine to take away vomit taste

Universal Animal Nitro EAA - amino acids to get to work straight away. An hour later I have a shake with Peptide Pro, Creatine and Leucine
