I got into highschool and saw that they had a gym and just hit it hard and then i stopped for two years and now i'm back
Why I Love It:
Just seeing your muscles pumped up is sweet and it takes out anger
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out with a buddy who is very motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Well i just want to hit 205 in bench press and right now i'm at 185 so just hitting 205 would be a big accomplishment

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
stay with it even when you don't see results at the start because in the end it will all pay out...

hey i have been trying really hard to put on weight and nothing seems to

work. i was suppost to be getting a meal plan from my buddy but he's taking

way to long... so if anyone knows of some good meal plan can you send them

It's a regular seated row, but using a close grip handle so instead of having your elbows flared out they're tucked in. Allows you to hit the Lats, rhomboids and middle traps.

No problem! You have a super fast metabolism so you will need to take on lots and lots of extra calories while you train. I would suggest reading up on nutrition and finding out what will work best for your specific goals. this site is awesome for that and so in www.flexonline. I hope this is helpful and good luck!!!!
