My goal is to gain 20 pounds of muscle before I come home!

-Keep adding hardcore muscle.

Congrats on the upcoming baby! Training's going well, thanks. Saw your blog, 50lb db flye is pretty heavy and might have tweaked your shoulder joint. Try supinating (turning palms facing out on the way down) and decreasing the weight. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the advice man, right now i am taken, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Syntha-6, cell-mass, NOXplode, Novadex XT, Mens Health Vitamins, Nitrix. I am trying to gain muscle, but i want to cut fat quick as well i am just not sure how to get both done.
well fat takes up more space dude and my matabilisim is pretty high but if i gain 5 pounds in a month eating high protein and lifting hard avoiding trash foods u figure some of its gota be muscle right

but like i said ive always been into the lean sports track boxing ETC ... and im an iron worker by trade ... its about time i buff up n fill out that tshirt and stretch the sleves with my bies broo dats wut im talken bout :)
heyy dude ummmmmm i dont no i jus do wut my football coach told me to do i eat between 4 and 6 meals that have alot of protein ( about 30-45 grams ) in them every day this includes a protein Whey shake after a workout with chest legs or back in it cuz there the biggest muscle groups
