How I Started: I am in my thirties and don't want to look like the typical West Indian 30 year old - overweight and flabby. So Throughout the years I have been working out as best as I could to keep excessive fat off, especially on my abs.
Why I Love It: I love working out because I feel good and like I accomplished something after completing a task. Not only that I feel and see the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated: Look at my mid section and try to envision my abs looking leaner. Then I look at other women in fitness magazines and look at their physiques and read their inspirational stories.
BB Accomplishments: My arms and my legs are toned.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): My goal is to reduce my body fat and be lean.Get my waist size from 34/36 inches to 27 inches in 16 weeks.
Goal (Long): I want to be able to have one of those fitness model type physiques and look really good in any outfit I put on. I'm in my mid 30's and refuse to be in the mid 30's rut of a bit of fat and not really fit. By June 30, 2008, I want to be lean and toned sporting 14% body fat, a 27" waist and have more athletic prowess, especially for hiking, swimming and surfing. I desire to do 10 pull ups and 10 straight leg push ups in these 13 weeks and I intend to keep as motivated as possible.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 14%

Workout Program:
To cut Fat I do 15 to 35 minute workouts. Cardio is done 4 times a week. The more intense cardio is done on my non- weight training days:
