How I Started:
I am in my thirties and don't want to look like the typical West Indian 30 year old - overweight and flabby. So Throughout the years I have been working out as best as I could to keep excessive fat off, especially on my abs.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I feel good and like I accomplished something after completing a task. Not only that I feel and see the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at my mid section and try to envision my abs looking leaner. Then I look at other women in fitness magazines and look at their physiques and read their inspirational stories.

My arms and my legs are toned.

My goal is to reduce my body fat and be lean.Get my waist size from 36 inches to 27 inches in 16 weeks.
I also want to improve my swimming and surfing fitness.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to have one of those fitness model type physiques and look really good in any outfit I put on. I'm in my mid 30's and refuse to be in the mid 30's rut of a bit of fat and not really fit. By June 30, 2008, I want to be lean and toned sporting 14% body fat, a 27" waist and have more athletic prowess, especially for hiking, swimming and surfing.
I desire to do 10 pull ups and 10 straight leg push ups in these 13 weeks and I intend to keep as motivated as possible.
