How I Started: WANTED TO BECOME A POLICE OFFICER AND KNEW THAT I NEEDED TO GET BACK IN SHAPE IF I WANTED TO PASS THE FITNESS TEST. PLUS I KNEW IF I KEPT UP WITH THE WAY I WAS GOING I WAS GOING TO BE IN ALOT OF HEALTH TROUBLES.
Why I Love It: NOTHING LIKE BEING ABLE TO PUSH YOURSELF TO YOUR LIMITS. AND THEN WHEN YOU THINK YOU REACHED IT, YOU PUSH HARDER AND FARTHER.
How I Stay Motivated: IT'S HARD SOMETIMES BUT PICTURING MYSELF IN THE POLICE UNIFORM AND BADGE IS ONE HECK OF A MOTIVATOR.
BB Accomplishments: TO LOSE THE WEIGHT FIRST AND THEN CUT UP A LITTLE BIT. NOT LOOKING AT COMPETING, JUST A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE.

Goal (Long): I WANT TO BECOME A POLICE OFFICER. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR AND NOT THINK, HOW DID I LET MYSELF GET LIKE THIS. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO RUN A MILE AND A HALF AND NOT FEEL AS IF MY LUNGS ARE GONNA BLOW UP. I WANT TO BE AT LEAST 220 LBS BY OCTOBER OF 2008.
