Hey man I was looking at the newest goals set and I noticed you were trying to lose about 5 lbs. in the next five weeks practically. Just out of sheer curiousity: how do you plan on going about getting there because I'm also cutting to be 230 by the end of the year so we are kind of at the same barrier.
