Since I did not manage to lose body fat without losing a lot of muscle tissue and strength, too, I am now shifting to powerlifting training since I experienced the greatest progress there; at least for the moment (for the off-season). I will combine this training with a nutrition that...

As far as public transportation goes its mostly septa for busses and trains. They have a website with everything on it. Where specifically are you talking about? I know some places have ramblers and different bus lines.

Im trying to lose weight and add muscle mass. I try to get in as much protein I can in a day, I end up having to do lots of other stuff that deter me from doing so..

Hey man I was looking at the newest goals set and I noticed you were trying to lose about 5 lbs. in the next five weeks practically. Just out of sheer curiousity: how do you plan on going about getting there because I'm also cutting to be 230 by the end of the year so we are kind of at the same barrier. BTW...I see that you take Cell Mass...good choice!
