Well good luck. In matters of if it will work or not. It will work of course but it may or may not for the long term. What's your workout routine like? Yours may be pretty advance since you may already be srtong as hell. Tryign to get strong using the basic 5x5 routine for me.

Oh thanks it helps loads. So is the low carb a new thing you trying or something else? Personally i don't like low carbs. I like to lift heavy so won't help much.
oh and what would you season with the eggs? I usually over salt it.
