How I Started:
I had an epiphany that I desperately wanted to get into better shape then I currently was. From there, it was just deciding how to reach that level of fitness...
Why I Love It:
I enjoy seeing the progress that I achieve and the self confidence that it grants.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is a challenge for me. I usually attempt to focus on the progress that I'm making in order to find motivation.

I want to achieve a leaner body and lose the fat.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted a sleeker, leaner body than I currently have. I'd like to greatly reduce the overall bodyfat that I have, especially around the thighs and behind. I want to keep at least some of my curves and not get too much muscle definition. I'm not sure how much weight I'd need to lose, but I know the general appearance I'd like to achieve. I want to improve my stamina and overall strength.

Well, it's probably no surprise that I fell off of the habit of working out. Especially when you consider that I haven't been on this site in some time! Either way, it was fun slacking off for the holidays and I'm afraid I've dropped back to where I started (give or take a couple pounds) but...
