It started in 2002. I started working out with Jimmy Canyon and I saw a huge different in my body! I started going to my friends shows and I very impressed. Every since then.. I have always been interested.
Why I Love It:
I love the results and the way I feel after working out.
I got pregnant in Feb 2008 and lost the baby at 10 weeks. I had gained 15 lbs from that pregnancy. I got pregnant again a month later to a healthy baby girl in February, 2009. I gained a total of 54 lbs with the second pregnancy. I have 30 lbs left. I cant go on a special diet nor can I do any supplements to help me lose the weight because I am breastfeeding. My goal is to lose the rest of this weight by September. I only have 7 weeks left before the BIG 30!! Wish me luck! As of right now all I am doing is CARDIO!!!!

Having a baby changes everything!! It takes time to get the energy and strength to workout again. I miss my old body. I look at these pictures and wonder ... what was I complaining about?? I was bless back then!! This is depressing and you know what...... I am planning on getting...
