How I Started:
My husband always suggested to me that i should lift weights, but being a naive girly girl, i thought that would make me very masculine looking and i didn't want that of course. HAHA :p When he left for deployment he suggested bodybuilding.com and i fell in love with weightlifting. I have been an addict ever since. :)
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy, not to mention how great i look. Thats always a plus. Working out relieves a lot of the daily stress's in my life. Whether it be school, work, or my sexy hubby.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard for me to stay motivated. I have days where i get so down and dont want to work out. But i try to remain positive through Christ. My husband helps a lot too. When he notices the results, he will defiantly let me know what a great job i am doing and that in itself is almost all the motivation i need.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any major accomplishments yet but I do hope to be able to compete and at least place. :)
