How I Started:
I've always done some form of exercising because I used to play sports(select softball, volleyball, and basketball) and I've always been dedicated to working out because I wanted to be in shape for these sports.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I always feel as if I have accomplished something and I know that I am that much closer to having a body I can be proud of. It gives me a rush that I can longer get from sports. Plus, who doesn't love leaving the gym pouring with sweat knowing you did work?!?!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by talking to other people who have goals similar to mine..or just looking at people's profiles on here! I suppose the results are a big motivator as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 8 lbs from a cruise and I have finally worked off 10 lbs of it. Only 30 ish pounds to go! :]

My goal is to lose fat and add a little defintion through weight training.
Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body so I can finally be healthier, feel more confident, and look more physically attractive. I am tired of feeling sluggish and I want to have more energy. Plus, who doesn't want to look good naked? LOL I want to lose 25-30 lbs of fat while also toning up all parts of my body. I want a thin but athletic look like Marisa Miller. I have always dreamed of having long, lean legs so I can look good in shorts. I want a body that I can show off and be proud of. I want to achieve my weight loss in a 3-4 month period. If it takes longer, then I'm ok with that! Just as long as I lose the fat! After that, I'll start gettin down to business toning up all parts of my body.
yeah i took a couple days off last week from lifting that i shouldnt have too but i made up for them this weekend. this week has been great been in the gym everyday and eating pretty clean for the most part
Not much, just stayed in and helped a friend move into their new apartment. Boring but it was a decent workout lol
Interval training seems like a change of pace with mundane cardio routines lol
I am up to 45 mins on the eliptical and 30 mins on the stairmaster... been avoiding the stairmaster lately lol I climb stairs all day and then doing them for cardio can be annoying as hell lol no intervals yet but may incorporate the HIIT evenutally. How about you?
Yeah I do. Not to brag, but we took the league in Volleyball last year and placed 2nd the 2 years before that. Softball, We're also pretty good also. 1st and 2nd usually on both. What part of the US do you live? Let's fly tou out here to play with us. LOL It would be nice though.
I just learned how to play Volleyball like 5 years ago. I have my own Co-Ed Volleyball team. I also have my own Co-Ed softball team. Softball, I've been playing for almost 20 years and I love it. I wish you lived close by so that you could play in both my teams. Do you play in any leagues out there?
I need to start running again... i used to in college and high school but have given up on it due to annoying shin splints. the eliptical and stairmaster are kicking my butt just fine :-)
well yea I would definitely say you are on track to reaching that goal. Better start thinkin of a new one soon! lol Keep in touch I definitly want to see how your lookin in couple of weeks so keep me updated. Yea my training going great. I need to get some new pictures BADLY just havent had time with work. I just need to keep losing body fat and gaining more muscle. Are you on track to meeting your goal?
I'm sure you look just fine right now :-) I usually stick with the Eliptical and stairmaster. One for a overall cardio workout for the body and stairmaster for extra work in my legs (esp.calves). with my split right now and inability to have a clean diet, I'm upping my cardio to 4-5 days a week :-( what kind of cardio do you do?
