CONGRATS on the weight gain. I still haven't gained any weight but I can see I'm getting a lil more mass. Will be going to the gym in a few. Didn't go yesterday, So I feel bad..lol Shoot, Friday either..lol Yeah, Im going..lol Thats too long..lol

You are doing great man trust me. I understand your pain, I have 6 more years before I am a full fledged Pharmacist that can compound drugs from the ground up. Between books, a baby and bills I do good to do pushups every night..but you got to do something...and I mean you got to do something not just say I will get to it later. Later will never come.

Thanks for the add Jason, your looking pretty solid. My workouts are not too complicated. I usually do high volume, with heavy weight (ten rep range)and ony rest about 30 to 60 between set. My whole focus is to get in, work hard, and get out. No need to be in the gym longer than you have. Remeber it's a place rebuild your body not socialize. Best of luck with your training! - Later
