We sure don't! The training is going great. Still struggling a bit with the cardio and weight training. Too of one, not enough of the other type thing. You know the drill. September is the magic month.

Just checked out your latest profile pic with the camera and grey sweats pulled down. Your waist is getting narrower (with more definition in your abs), which makes your chest and lats look bigger. Looks like gains in your delts and arms too. Way to go, man! My training's been inconsistent, mostly due to job schedule, but I'll get it together. Later
