How I Started:
I recently got my interest back after seeing some of the guys on here and how they've progressed. I'm hoping that watching other's progress will help keep me motivated towards my goals.
Why I Love It:
I used to do it when I was playing Lacrosse. I remember enjoying how I looked and felt during that time. Coming out of the gym exhausted and drenched with sweat reminds me of the good old days.
How I Stay Motivated:
Coming here and seeing other people's progress. My personal trainer has become a big motivator and muscle killer.

Goal (Long):
I need to lose about 20 pounds of unwanted weight. I want to lean up and maybe gain 10 pounds of that weight back in muscle. I want to get my cardio endurance back up. I want to gain as much of my old strength back as I can.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Usually some basketball shorts, my basketball shoes and some random t-shirt. I'm not about to spend all that money on an Under Armor shirt just to get it all sweaty from lifting. I just think wearing what I do is practical. I'm not there for my image, I'm there to lose weight and gain muscle. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
There's this guy on my friend's list in MySpace called Guns. He is MASSIVE at 24. He carries a lot of muscle and it's all balanced.
