Made a new years revolution same one that i had made for years and broke but now im sticking to it

I love it because i have way more energy and I feel better overall in every aspect of life. I am doing what I truly want to do. I now feel like I have more control in my life.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Not long, to keep the heart rate up and to fatgiue the muscles for added growth

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I usually wear sneakers, gym shorts, and an Under Armour shirt that wicks the sweat off. It feels comfortable

Muscletech NaNo Vapor. It boosts my performance and I can lift more fo longer as well as i am already seeing results in mass increase
