ey ive been working out for 6 months now and i jus wanted to know what i can to build and shredd i eat pretty much the same thing every day either chicken breast and brown rice or fish and oatmeal and eggs in the morning. hit me up on my email dabul2003@yahoo.com if you have any advice oh yea i eat up to four large males a day plus a postwork out shake

Hey I saw your post on the dave ketone diet. Have you tried it? Do you recommend it for fat loss? or just cutting for the experienced body builder?

Yea, the German Volume training really pumps those areas up. I use the hammer machine bi-cep curl and then do seating dumbell curls. All that is needed. The growth is ridiculous. Just remember, the weight should stay the same and should be 60% of you one rep max. 60 seconds between sets.
Watch those guns inflate like a balloon.
