Yea, the German Volume training really pumps those areas up. I use the hammer machine bi-cep curl and then do seating dumbell curls. All that is needed. The growth is ridiculous. Just remember, the weight should stay the same and should be 60% of you one rep max. 60 seconds between sets. Watch those guns inflate like a balloon.
