I stay motivated knowing I have to do this for my body, my back, for one. It's so important for me to have a strong core, back, and hamstrings to carry me through the movements that my lower back can not handle. I also get inspiration from the women in Oxygen magazine.

Sicily Just got the results, was 242 in female group (top 13%), 43 in age, and 1633 overall (29%). I think I could have done better though.

Sicily Triceps, back, plyo circuit and then hill intervals on bike for 35 minutes. Wow, felt great, I was dripping with sweat afterward.

Audge1 If you can get your body fat tested, if your gaining muscle and losing fat it won't show on the scale! One pound of muscle is denser and takes up less space than one pound of fat! The scale doesn't tell us anything, and the more muscle we have the more water we hold in out muscles. Sounds like your doing great though :) Jul 4, 2012 12:48pm
