My working days (monday-friday) I eat 1 big meal... crazy i know
I have no time during the day to eat, always in a rush. If I get home at a reasonable time I go to the gym then I eat. So I suppose I am doing Intermittent fasting (23-1) 23 hour fast.
I eat about 2700-3000 cals a day. Shooting for 90+fats 250carbs 180protein
My two concotions I must have daily...
1. Proats (/w chia seeds)
Oatmeal (almond milk) + chia seeds + Myofusion Peanut butter cookie dough + banana slices
515 cals 12fats 70carbs (14g fiber) 37protein
2. Peanut butter sludge
4% Cottage Cheese + 2% Phage GY + Pb&Co. Cinnamon Raisin + Cinnabun Trutein
500 cals 22fats 30carbs 50protein - favorite concotion..
