This is about 4 months into my diet. I obviously have a long way to go. I wish i took pics of my body when i was at my heaviest. This is the side picture, obviously.
to get to ~200 pounds with as much LBM as i can muster.
Goal (Long):
I'm getting there for health reasons. 25 is too young to have high blood pressure. started in April 2009 at ~ 364 pounds. Hope to reach my goal by the middle of 2010.
Why I like this video: Arnold has always been a hero of mine, since i was a youngin'. this video of him at his best, busting out badass workouts- really fires me up.
I dunno, I'll try. I'm hitting a plateau right now and it's getting hard to lose more these days. Hard to find time for the gym as much as I would want these last 2 weeks. I'm going up and down a lot within 5 lbs. But keep on doin what your doin. It's coming off you fast.
Just sticking with it will get you where you want to be. Dont back up just keep going forward and before you know it you will be where you want. Ttyl.. Keep it up..

Congrats on the under 300! I know it feels great. I was over 300 for too many years. Now that I'm under I never want to see it again. Keep up the good work. I've learned it really pays off!
