Arms reached 15".
Reached goal of 20 Pullups.

IN 2009:
Maxed out Calf Raise Machine.
Maxed out Chest Fly Machine.
Maxed out Ab Crunch Machine.
Back down to Single Digit Bodyfat %.
25 Consecutive Pullups.
60 Consecutive Dips.
Curling the 70 lb dumbbells.
Arms reached 16".
Maxed out Lat Pulldown Machine.

A'ight. Here's how it's gonna work see? I'm gonna do either 175 x 12 reps or 195 x 9 reps to get my 250 *estimated* one rep max goal. (I'll do heavier weight sometime . . . no spotter so lighter weight for now). For the rest of the year, I'll be starting most of my workouts attempting...
So yeah somehow I got my focus back and been keeping up with my workouts now with more intensity. Haven't missed a day yet and been doing more cardio too.
Good God man, grats on those goals. I haven't been able to meet any of mine which is sorta a downer but trying not to let it hold me back. As for updates, I haven't made any significant progress to worth mentioning so yeah. Plus I've been out a lot, mostly rock climbing.
Yeah I've been having a bad time lately. I still look the same and what not. The past 4 weeks workouts haven't been great, I wasn't 100% focused. But Monday I got my stuff together and had a great one and I still feel it.
How are ya man?How is that bf loss going for you? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness.
It is awesome to gain weight and lower bf, but I've got to keep it going. And half inch of flex or not - growth is growth! How are you coming on your goals, btw? Bench going well?
I saw you posted a new arm measurment and I want to congratulate you on adding 3 full inches to your arms in less than two years! So, should I expect to see that you'll have 18.5 inchers by this time in 2011 (or sooner)?
it rained pretty much the entire time we were there, so my parents decided to go back this weekend, but i opted to stay home since the forecast is rain all weekend again. destin's nice, we usually go to ft walton
I like how you'll just occasionally sneak a comment onto my site almost under my radar from time to time - but you got me, I'm on the right! Just wish that the flash didn't always wash out what little definition I had. That pic is actually old enough that I need to update at least one bicep shot - especially since I've added a half inch to the arms since that picture was taken. How're things going for you right now?
